The Delaware SOS will confirm the new AS of 2.5B shares but it will cost $20 to get a "hard copy" to do a screen shot. I paid for it in June when Mel doubled it to 1.8B so this time, somebody else can pay for it.

Last time, Mel claimed that he had enough votes to authorize the increase without a public shareholder vote which is what Rich (Yes International) had claimed was the only way it could be increased. So much for an informed IR.

I am sure that there are those who will still tout that the 880 million OS which continues to be posted in the iBox as current. So much for accurate info.

And it's not like you can ask Mel or contact the transfer agent for current share structure. Mel refuses to reveal it and the transfer agent remains gagged.
