Point to me what weaknesses do you see in HOOK's financial statement? Do they have assets, do they have excessive debt, can they service (and are they servicing) their debt, do they generate more than a dollar per share in depreciation (cash flow), are they close to break even is their break even just around the current selling rate, all question which answers to can differentiate between a viable company and a scam, I think they are quite viable, and if they go positive cash flow, why could they not have valuation metrics closer to SAM, which is only about 5 times their size?
