If it is a penny stock by classic definition is up to debate and I apologize for that impression, however you are still pushing a very thinly traded stock that is ramping only to fall and no apology is going to come. Someone as smart as you should realize what went on with Hook in DEC / JAN period.
I once had a naive owner of a small business that I knew be scammed by penny stock operators that took advantage of him and his religious beliefs by making him an officer in company and offer him discount stock that he was offering to friends and church members. He asked me to look at it and see if I wanted in. I said there was no assets and I wouldn't touch it. Everyone was watching price of stock go up above where they bought in. It collasped way below where they thought they got a insider discount and it was not pretty.

Trading pattern and volume looked similar to HOOK.
