Why would Sandoz have to give notice to TEVA of launching copaxone if FDA approves??????? at all???

they don't. the judge asked the sides to settle - sandoz offered 2 hours notification, teva went from 90 days to 10 and agreed to post a bond to cover any lost revenue if injunction was denied. that wasn't godo enough for sandoz/momenta, so judge stepped in and rendered judgement that teva will not be entitled to any special advance notification

there was mention of the 30 month stay in the judge's decision

i really should leave this to the lawyers on the board - this is all from memory on an early morning train ride..
