judge denied TEVA's motion for a 10 day notification period prior to launching generic copaxone (presumably for courts to rule on injunction). Note that TEVA originally asked for 90 days, sandoz agreed to 2 hour notification
so upshot is that sandoz/momenta can launch generic copaxone immediately upon approval
i don't think this outcome is any real surprise, but it does show the judge is actively working on this case, so hopefully result claim construction and trial date are around the corner
