I believe that, while Diac may not be directly interfering any more, his presence is a block to the final deal with T-Mobile. This is why Calypso is keen on going ahead with the trial.

None of this is bad, it just means things are progressing as expected. But if you were looking for a pop before November, I would not hold my breath. The price is fairly stable. It will drop a penny or two but nothing significant and I do not see it going back down to the 2-4 cent range unless the 90 day stay is extended.
