The BOD also is aware of thee T-Mobile negotiations.

I would imagine that if they felt that the Diac problem was interfering with their ability to complete a deal with T-Mobile they would adjust how to deal with Diac.

So I think that they know that T-Mobile is willing to go ahead with CLYW and so in that case they themselves will be more desirous to take Diac to the carpet and demand full justice for all the wrongs he has done.

I think we have to trust that the new BOD knows what they are doing and they can see all sides of the negotiations.
