Zilla, the holding day of record was proposed by the EC when they filed.

I'm pretty sure the holding/voting day is already set

The further away we get from that March timeframe, the less likely (IMHO) that that date would stick.

There is nothing signed, agreed to, or otherwise firm about that date. Other than it was the date in the original filing, that the EC requested.

Just keeping things factual, and inserting my opinion based on my logic and reading.
