I'm pretty sure the holding/voting day is already set. Back then I had 400,000 U's. It was IMO the real reason we POPPED and dropped before the March court date. I can't remember but I believe it was 3/3/10 at EOD. So unless that changes, it won't matter how much they buy between now and a shareholder's meeting. Fish gets my vote.
