i am not sure how many (if any) subpoena were issued, but I do know that many of the key players were deposed. A deposition given under oath will be treated seriously because being caught in a lie when another deposed person contradicts your testimony can carry serious fines. So, I am not too concerned about the lack of subpoenas. Why dont you think subpoenas were not issued?
