"We’re still two long weeks away from an Examiner’s report (one that evidently – and very annoyingly - will be drafted without having needed to obtain critical documents or testimony by way of subpoena (not even from the FDIC for goodness sake!!!)). " I have been wondering about this...cant believe these guys are just rolling over playing dead...maybe they had enough people come forward with enough info that they didnt need the subpoenas...thoughts anyone and thanks.
