yeah that clearly tells me that they have no concrete conclusion as to what they are exactly looking for, or else they would have included a conclusion not just interesting facts, which can be interpreted many different ways - further it tells me that the process they are using is not understandable as the pr is not self explanatory

no cut off date makes the "audit" sound like their US GAAP financials ...................

finra is very self explanatory

the NSS PR is as understandable as the unique financing mechanism

etc etc etc

but thats just my interpretation
