Yes these are very interesting numbers:
52 million shares bought and held the 6 weeks prior to the divi. 3 million shares short on 1 brokerage account and 30 million shares unaccounted for.
And this on a review of just over half the shares. Now why would the shares be manipulated down when the shareholders holding for the dividend aren't selling.
We know the volume in the 6 weeks prior to the divi as per the TA in the audit. "The report also verified that between the dates of August 22 and September 30, the number of shares bought and held was 51,839,151, with a trading volume for the period of 63,185,590 shares."
We can see the low volume since Oct 1. 3.9 million.
And look at the volume from Dec 2009 until Aug 2010.
