A podunk TA does not have that authority and NO broker dealer is going to give them proprietary client trade data. These BD's have already taken it to court to block such disclosure in legal matters so do you really think they will do it here - to a TA and a CEO looking to portray a conspiracy on a companty that can no longer clear thru DTCC for stock related issues?
