Who can? MM's? Did you know that MM's are actually computer algorithms and that there isn't really a human trading pit like you see in the movies?
Again, if your NSS theory is true, where do all the millions/billions of dollars come from that they pocket? If it's totally untraceable, what obligation do those who would owe them have to actually fork it over?
Have you considered how many hundreds of people would have to be involved in such a cover-up? How is that secret kept? Why wouldn't they just go long if they are able to invent stock out of thin air and the company is legit?
