$60k is what the lawyer's through in there. I didn't say anything about fees.

As you know, lawsuits always start with a figure multiples more than the real amount being sought. The complaint said he was to be let go at the end of September and instead he got canned in early August. He's whining about the 1.5 months of lost salary.

$60k may be related expenses. More likely it's related to an inflated figure.

In any event the entire thing is immaterial, and you know it.
