They have like 500 million on the sidelines that they will then issue to raise capital.



Example

You own 100,000 shares right now out of about 200million

5000:1 rs

you now own 20 shares out of abotu 40,000


The company then will basically "dump" the remaining approxmiately 500 million shares onto the market and you thus now own 20 / 500 million vs yor original 100k / 200 million


i.e you're screwed

I sold mine, took the $2,000 loss. Better than the full loss. oh well live and learn. Move on, money to be made elsewhere.
