I just cant figure how a r/s is a bad thing in this case, I am still a novice trader with a tiny account, But it would seem that with such a tiny float and revenue as high as we expect from these companies merging into this worthless shell, that the stock should go much higher.
How this is not share holder friendly I can not understand. If great news comes pouring in and there is only 700,000 share, how is anyone ganna be able to get shares? and would that not drive the price higher? I am completely open to the fact that I am dead wrong, But please explain it to me.
