Absent an agreement CBAI is not permitted use of Viacell's proprietary technology - First FDA approved sterile bag. Why would Viacell/PE permit a competitor to gain an advantage from it's techno know-how? If it were as simple as fee based and move on it would have been PR'd the significance and origin. Where else have you read CBAI is using Viacell/PE bags? You haven't it is called research. If it were that simple every CB bank would be using those bags.
