So that means it's not money that can be available to shareholders? Recaps are done all the time, this wouldn't be the first time.

Also as I understand it (could be wrong as I haven't followed that closely), is that equity is used as collateral to raise these funds, so it is not a loan in that there is not a recurring debt service requirement that must be met, thus not causing a drag on operational performance.
