Do you notice any slow downs or sluggishness with your machine??? If not, than you are fine. An A/V program will from time to time use more memory and resources. Like for instance, when it is running a system scan. If your machine handles that extra load then there is nothing to worry about.

"Sort of" is harmless "Sort of". Is a filler. But sometimes, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
