Since they have just done a share audit I would assume they will be putting out what they have found anytime ... of course they could say anything they wanted to in a PR ( like many others before them ) but if not truthful that would come back to bite EIGH very soon after. 
And since the team has said forever they own more than the float and would be able to sell to the nasty MM's on a huge short squeeze into the multiple dollars on the 50 to 100 million+ volume day of the squeeze, can not imagine what will happen if they come out and say we did not find any such evidence Interesting times coming up here
