While some can say it should have been disclosed already, I personally doubt there will be any announcement about plastic supply agreements anytime soon.
While I know little about the industry, it would seem logical to me, and I could be completely wrong, that one would not want to publicize whose platic is being used, how much they can get, how long the contract is, etc.
In my mind, if one wants to avoid making a market out of something, one remains pretty quiet as long as one can on the supply of the raw materials.
Furthermore, while I have never seen a good definition or description of "material", I doubt any contract for taking waste plastic is a material event, so I doubt JBI has any regulatory requirtement to disclose it.
So, it is always possible we get a big announcement on that subject soon, I personally think it will not be forthcoming.
