iAgree, But in our case we might have everything worked out and Settled today, Considering the last PR, Paul and Management is being very confident that the DISPUTE between the parties will be solved. Honestly the way I see it We will not be at Mediation if there was any indication of not working out because we did request a Trial Date.And dont worry about the PPS, We all know by now how fast and swiftly it moves up, We have waited a long time, Paul has worked hard, We have or XMDC has all the Ducks in the row, We are ready for Marketing etc. We are waiting at the last Traffic Signal let it turn Green and we will step on the gas then there is no stopping.
