Rainmaker and Dargon52, you guys are making good points, I like to add,,, whatever board XMDC moves up to they will have to become fully reporting company anyway. And file 10Q's AND if it is AMEX,NASDQ, etc they will have to keep there share price over $1 sounds good for XMDC and it's share holders.
