This was likely someone else talking (emailing, tweeting, iChatting, whatever) to an analyst. If I had to guess, I'd say that someone else was Bill Marth; from what I've seen him say publicly, it would be right in character.

One would think that Bill Marth wouldn't be stupid enough to email, iChat, tweet a response like that to an analyst. Maybe Bill and Ms. Chen are doing each other favors.

If the facilities have been inspected by the FDA why not tell this to the investment community? This information would seem like the first thing Bill would want to tell analysts at investor conferences.
