Think about it. HEMI last stated publically on their website last spring that they were "debt free".



And at this point of the game, probably asset free as well...

I don't get your whole angle of tying in the solar with the leases, have you ever been to the southwest USA? There are millions of acres of sand and 99% sunny days, why put solar panels in KS in farm country? The solar envelope there is inferior to the SW.
