There aren't that many peope willing to sell there shares this low. It costs over $300,000.00 do to an IPO and about that for a reporting shell. The market cap of this company is less than the cost to file an IPO. Think about it. HEMI last stated publically on their website last spring that they were "debt free".

Does anyone know if things are different?
