The continuation-in-part wrinkle is a red herring in this instance. Have you examined the seven Copaxone patents in the Orange Book (#msg-54113660)? All of them have the exact same language I posted in #msg-54677508, stating that they are continuations in part of the 5/24/94 patent application or its successors, and the Orange Book shows that all seven of them expire on 5/24/14 (as they should). The two non-OB patents are no different from the seven OB patents in this regard.
