He is a well known pumper of stock selling scams. As I said before, the fact this company has supposedly bought his business doesn't suddenly make him or it legit and beyond reproach. In fact it opens the company up to a lot of problems since Monk/Jerry never disclosed and has violated Rule 17B disclosure requirements when he took a pump job.

Don't you even know how Monk's Den derived the revenues that this company ballyhooed? It comes from stock based compensation for pumping jobs. He pumps scams to you and gets paid for it. The more scams you buy, the more he can charge
