ASISEEIT...No Problem for the Govt Sector.

The way i see it the Govt can buy a million PCs for the DOD or Homeland Security and announce that this a "critical need PC" because of security considerations.

Then, the private sector (regular consumers) hear about the govt purchase and says, "Hey, I need that kinda security too. I don't want my identity stolen!!!".

Then, the snowball starts to grow big time as it rolls down the hill.
