Father time is an issue if contracts are being written now. Also public requires FDA Investigative New Drug (IND) Licensure to manufacture blood as a drug. Keep in mind the public side is a drug pharmacy according to the FDA. The private side is not - family-related. They are similar front-end processes the back-end product requires a bit more for it to be a drug.

CBR is in the pipeline now to get INDs. It is why it hooked up with Dr. Kurtzberg - public banking expert. You have to be a member of the clinical trials club...
