For the record, I responded to your message about one hour after it was posted here (i.e., on October 18). I actually saw your snapshot chart less than 20 minutes after you posted it. I never saw the invalid quote you are referring to. Since we haven't seen the problem, we haven't taken any steps to correct it, however we are anxious to hear if it happens again.

I should also point out that using automated scripts to pull charts from our website is prohibited by our Terms of Use agreement. Specifically:

"You must access the information manually by request and not programmatically by macro or other automated means."
