Hey Ben...

you make a very valid point. Interest rates are STILL extremely low by historical standards. Why this company cannot finalize a "prospecting" loan is beyond my comprehension! After all, we're not talking about a "sinful" amount of money! A few hundred thousand at most!

IMHO: total bullshit! Do what you must, but I'm getting out while the getting is still good! (and I use the term "good" very loosely).
