If I said banking was an equal opportunity employer I'd be a liar. Man's world, Country club dues paid for, cigars, beers, on the golf course etc etc.

And to tell you the truth I see that where I work. Corporate junkets with the wife in tow. Honey I'm hitting the links why don't you catch your self a massage and facial and we'll meet back for dinner at 6.

On the other hand I also am quite familiar with women who have risen up the corporate ladder, my place included, who blow away their male counterparts in earnings.

And they get the 24x7 corporate chauffeur, nannies etc.

All that said companies have really tightened up their sexual harrassment policies and I would be very surprised if GS ever sponsored a night out at a topless bar.

Hell HP just canned their CEO for padding his expense account for dinner with his suposed g/f.
