.......the answer is pressure..many women feel pressure in these work situations .. to be you know - one of the 'guys'. I'm not saying the 'guys' pressure them ..we don't know, I'm saying it very well could be pressure from within them..
It's not about their salaries .. To me the key is at the top here ... wasn't there some bank at one time . where all the women were training the managers ? .. . and never getting to be a manager .. and never respected with a decent Salary for training the male to be managers .. ?
anyway ... we will see how it works out.. they sure have good lawyers .. of course so does GS ... maybe a settlement.
