Wow, I cannot stop shaking my head.

This news is so bogus. It's simply an excuse to raise the O/S. Watch, it will happen. As Arms pointed out, this routine has happened here before with GRDO, and it brought much scrutiny ...

Please explain to me how a company that needed to raise the A/S to raise funds for simple day to day operations can be in position to buy out a supposed leader in the industry?

I'm stunned. Kop is frustrated. Everybody should be scratching their heads here ....

This is beginning to reek, sorry ... but it is what it is.
