CONGRATULATIONS!

So all those press releases about business deals via "acquired" Hybridyne that stated we acquired Hybridyne, how is that explained to shareholders.

Why were we told that we acquired them if we did not. If the acquisition was not closed and subject to several terms, that is not a closed acquisition.

I again congratulate Atlantic assuming this press release is not "spun" on the truth, but it is important to know why shareholders believed numerous press releases about closure of the acquisition

It seems odd that Atlantic would hand over shares without receiving shares in return. Isn't that why lawyers are used in acquisitions?

I would not turn over cash to buy someone's house and then complain that they never gave me the house. Seems odd that anyone would do business like this without a lawyer.
