Steve, you seem to be painting a picture that JPM was the innocent bystander or buyer from my perception on reading your posts.

Very unlikely though given that some shady going's on with strong accusations between J. Dimon and Emillo Botin while biddng for WAMU was taking place back in early spring of 2008.
