Since the 'company' chose to bypass the transfer agent and broker for the few token payments they did make...I highly doubt brokers really care or will be obligated to look into anything.
And yes, the divi news did go out on the news wire....and it said .008 not .0008 so Aurus failed on every count and realistically even those getting the tiny payment should complain.
I do agree that a complaint to the SEC is the best route, but am thinking the result won't have anything to do with everyone getting the dividend or that the 'assumed' air shares being cancelled. I;d guess if anything it would result in a suspension of trading and the usual resumption on the greys with another zero added to the decimal point and even less volume.
