The divi went out on the news wire so every Broker sould know about it. And it would make no difference if you hold certs or not, the Broker you bought them from is still responsible for them if they receive no divi. You should also send a complaint to the SEC, I will be if no divi is paid on my Roth IRA Scottrade account.
