It seems to me that the selling in the last 45 min was caused by a knee jerk reaction to Dr Hinton leaving the board.

Rock you were pretty quick on the role an AMEX listing would have to do with it. Your take on it seems to be right looking at the wording of the PR. Think we'll hear something in the next couple of days? I recall reading Huff had given someone an indication it would happen soon. It would make sense that an announcement was emminient. With the timing so close to closing the end of trading it served as stop gap to give everyone time to digest it and look at the move big picture. It then opens the window for a morning announcement.

If there is no news in the morning I think we'll see more of the selling in the AM, could be a good opportunity to pick up more.
