Is there enough information at #msg-543476 for you to see a couple of my attempts.

Can you tell what I'm doing wrong?

After trying a couple of ways with iHub's composer and WordPad, I went off-line and created the test in WordStar (in non-document mode) to be sure I was getting pure ascii characters. That's the version you can see at the link.
