TFN~~ 400K today are more than 40M some month ago. Now we have a low market cap and Hartcourt could need the money to invest in new operations. But they give us the dividend. It sounds only less because the market is down.

Some to think about. We get a dividend of 5.000.000 shares and Alan donated 5.000.000 shares to Hartcourt. What do you think give us the money???
We should be thankful for only 1 cent we get.
