The simple answer is they are not going to protect you; however they will hopefully stop others from participating in what appears to be a straight case of stock manipulation. The fact the ASC investigators uncovered the activity and the SEC is also taking part in the investigation and may issue their own orders in the near future, means we are doing our job."
