It appears the reason for the OTC BB listing regarding Rule 15c2-11 has to do with the following...

BMXD disengaged their client-auditor relationship with Traci Anderson CPA (Former Auditor) and filed an 8-K/A (amendment) dated August 23, 2010.

Coincidently...
Kat PR updated investors regarding lifting the restriction on share distribution dated August 23, 2010...

The last paragraph of BMXD 8-K/A filing states how they are proceeding...
Keep an eye out on additional SEC filings pertaining to this and...
Going by time lines stated below combined with the listing on the OTC BB regarding Rule 15c2-11, is history repeating itself?

If so, within 3 weeks we may know.

The Company has authorized the Former Auditor to respond fully to any inquiries of the Company's new audit firm, once one is selected, relating to its engagement as the Company's independent accountant. The Company has requested that the Former Auditor review the disclosure contained in this Report and the Former Auditor has been given an opportunity to furnish the Company with a letter addressed to the Commission containing any new information, clarification of the Company's expression of its views, or the respect in which it does not agree with the statements made by the Company herein. The Company will file such letter with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") as an exhibit to an amendment to this Current Report on Form 8-K/A within two days of receiving it but no later than ten days after the filing of this Report.

Interesting connection your "TT's" made regarding the association with the following...
BMXD Company Officers
Michael J. Bongiovanni, President, CEO
Dean Stewart, CFO

If you go back into previous emails I supplied you with time lines regarding shells and uplistings.
It's reasonable to assume they have been working on acquiring a shell for a R/M of KATX into (?)
There are many shell companies and considering the gravity of the economy, it's almost like a real estate market to pick and chose.
I'm certain Ken will seek the best possible deal, hopefully it will be even less expensive than the former purchase of BVIG.
I don't foresee an announcement of a new shell uplisting for KATX/KATC until after the share distribution of Kat Gold Holdings Corp is settled.
Ken won't muddy up the waters and I believe he's getting his ducks lined up with perspective shells until he decides on which one much like Tenders for drilling!
Perhaps once he has reports "in hand" of the RR drilling and or HC/RR we'll know, but I trust Ken will make informed decisions with the advice of his counsel, accountants and ultimately what is best financially and tax issues may be another concern which weigh in here.
