I too have been watching the Nevada site for signs... Going by time lines of their PR's, Filings and Flow Chart, I would say this scenario has been in the works. As far as how soon we should anticipate seeing a filing, if funding to purchase a new shell is in place, we may know something within 30-60 days IMO. If funding is not available, it may be soon considering we are approaching the Fall drilling of HC, that makes sense to me.

...approval of unrestricted HC share distribution will need to be cleared first, but that should be imminent. The answer to the timing regarding this and purchasing a new shell lies somewhere between the Fall drilling and a possible resource report from phase II which may guarantee funding for a JV. Quids in. Funding for the new shell may run around the same as Ken's previous purchase.

Plus, it's not a shell! It has a biz in it, if he's willing to sell BMXD, roll Kat in, take his motorcycle biz private...voila, shell problem with the restrictions doesn't apply, BMXD files 8K with the Kat Form 10 info in it, off they go and it's only 6 month restriction on the BVIG or any other restricted divvies given out prior to rolling Kat in.
