Then what to you account for the pps bid down to 2.64 now? And why would all these events (shelf offering, insider sales) happen so close to the PDUFA? It seems this would have been the worst time to do these things as they certainly aren't to raise the pps. I'm hanging in but hate watching myself get burned every time I look at my computer screen. I sure hope your reasoning has some validity or not only myself but many folks on this board are going to get very burned. I hope, as you say, this is just "noise".
