There you go pumping again, bordering on outright disinformation. Have you ever dealt with the legal system before? If you have then you would know not to equate long delays with successful judgements.

Reminds me of the innuendo you perpetuated recently regarding the lack of the FDA inspection of the TEVA enox facilities as proof that approval was a ways off. You have as much proof about this as I do that martians have landed on earth.

I feel bad for MNTA longs. The story thus far has been a train wreck. 4-5 years of waiting for this? Makes the GTCB saga look like a smashing success story. I like the company long term but as many have said, what has happened thus far is no accident, and cannot be attributed to "biotech investing weirdness". I am not sure what is occurring, but I know it's better to get out of the way than it is to try and fight it.

My bet is that MNTA sees 10 before it sees 16.
