Acer Veriton. Will not work because I cannot turn the TPM on!

Dell users are given explicit instructions how to turn this on but Acer does not use the same process.

Have asked Wave how to do it - they asked if I had a TPM.
Asked Acer and one response was "It's not us - we're only hardware queries". Second response was "I can't tell you how to do it". Not - "I don't know how to do it" but "I can't".

So up a gum tree I sit, just waiting, patiently!
